The role

  • Provide regular analysis and insights into IT service performance and trends to senior management to help drive service improvements in their areas.
  • Assist stakeholders to extract meaningful information and insights through various reporting tools.
  • Identify where reporting can support process monitoring and measurement (e.g. process effectiveness, service level targets, etc).
  • Manage the suite of management and operational reports.

Who are we looking for?

We're seeking someone with strong communication skills and a real focus on customer service and quality assurance, who will enjoy working in a supportive team atmosphere where there is always something new to learn.

  • You will have a minimum of four years’ experience in business intelligence and reporting, including requirements analysis, report and query writing.
  • An understanding of Service Management and the ITIL framework is essential.
  • You’ll have proven data modelling skills, and a good understanding of SQL and querying data structures.
  • Experience with ServiceNow would be an advantage.


This is a full-time, permanent role, on Professional Staff Level 5.
