Job Details
The Chair of Oriental Studies at Adam Mickiewicz University (Poznań, Poland) seeks to appoint a lecturer in Hindi. We are looking for a highly motivated person, with teaching experience and extensive expertise in didactics of the Hindi language.
The successful applicant should know fluently at least Hindi, English and Polish. Candidates with knowledge of some more Indo-Aryan languages and the basis of literature will be preferred.
We expect the selected person to be ready to teach students of undergraduate courses.
The teaching workload is 360 hours in the academic year.
According to Polish law
The application must contain the following:
1) A letter of application addressed to: Prorektor ds kadry i finansów Uniwersytetu im.
A. Mickiewicza w Poznaniu
2) A document certifying the possession of the MA title in philology
3) CV
4) a declaration that A. Mickiewicz University in Poznan will be the principal employer
5) completed questionnaire and a photograph
6) a list of publications
7) a list of research projects which the candidate is participating and/or has participated
6) a list of research, teaching and organisation achievements
7) declaration: I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data as included in this offer for recruitment purposes, in line with the Law of 29 August 1997 on personal data protection,( Journal of Laws from 2014, no 0 item 1182)
