I am currently recruiting for a start-up that is looking for an experienced Business Development Director to join their expanding team within their biosimilar division. With two manufacturing sites in Europe, products at the late stage of development and two products already in the market, they have grown into a successful biotech company.

You will be involved in all business development activities such as searching for, negotiating and closing licensing deals as well as creating further strategy.

Requirements:

• 10-15 years experience in business development within EU and US within biotech or pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of biologics especially monoclonal antibodies/biosimilars
• Ability to create leads
• Fluency in English
• Ability to travel across EU and US
• Willing to relocate either to Lugano / Madrid
