Social Worker - Further Career Development - North West of England
Our client is a Local Authority in the North West of England, they are seeking experienced Qualified Social Workers, with experience in Child Protection dealing with complex cases and safeguarding to join their expanding children's service.
You will join a great team with a supportive manager, offering consistent and steady supportive structure. The management team are happy to help their staff and this would give you the opportunity to learn from the management at the organisation.
The ideal candidate would have extensive post qualifying experience in children's services, which would allow you to join the local authority and hit the ground running. The local authority is dedicated to maintaining continually low caseloads per social worker by ensuring that they have a steady stream of experienced social workers across the services.
