Aga Khan University Hospital invites applications for the position of Supervisor

Responsibilities

You will be responsible to:

• ensure compliance to all rules, regulations and policies of financial management as assigned/described/provided/outlined by Finance Department. Perform random checks to assess the status of internal control system, such as cash counting, inventory count etc.
• coordinate with doctors to schedule clinic timings, number of patients to be seen, number of rooms to be provided, equipment and supplies required to deliver quality health care
• effectively coordinate with all clinical departments and support service and work closely with Clinical Heads and Head Nurse to ensure patient satisfaction and maintain appropriate service standard at all levels
• extend help to all patient queries regarding billing, clinical summaries, medical reports and purchase of medical accessories
• evaluate patient satisfaction and report to Clinical Head and Manager daily
• meet regularly with Clinical Head, Head Nurse and Manager for discussion and information update
• handle patient complaints and irritate patients and deal with crisis situation in most professional manner
• ensure high level of patient focused orientation among the staff to facilitate provision of quality health care services

Requirements

You should have:

• a Bachelor’s degree 
• 2-3 years of related work experience at supervisory level
• proficiency in computers especially in MS Office
• ability to manage assigned tasks according to timelines
• good interpersonal and communication skills
• flexible timings (available in evening shifts)
