Human Resource Administrator -Medical Devices - Heidelberg - 12 months

Market Leader company in medical devices is looking for HR professional to deal with administrative tasks, contracts, HR responsibilities work closely with the HR director and drive the globally expanding corporation. It is initially 12 month contract, but there could be a chance to extend it.

You will be undertaking the general HR tasks, provide advice and guidance on the management of employee relations issues such as disciplinary, grievance, absence, restructuring and other key HR areas. Key tasks will be Human Resource administration and contracts (permanent and temporary).

You will be responsible for various projects, even coordinating contracts and hiring of new professionals to a large medical device structure. You will have chances to grow and progress within the international company.

The company is looking for someone to start immediately, in April. Interviews begin next week.

Requirements :

1) At least 2-4 years of HR experience

2) Previous experience as HR Administrator or contracts manager

3) German and English languages

4) Motivation and ambition to grow within an international corporation.
