Head Quality Engineering - Swiss MedTech - Electronics - key growth role - French/English essential

I am working for a small to medium sized company in the French speaking area of Switzerland, developing and manufacturing electronic miniaturization and high precision devices for industrial and medical devices markets.

Their first priority is to find a suitable Head for their Quality department. The role is all about administrative and technical leadership, including managing a small team. Responsibilities to cover QMS and compliance, audits, document management, production and testing of products, supplier qualification, budget allocation, Customer Complaints/CAPAs, and training. Given the nature of the products, a background in electronics is highly desirable, and a working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 essential.

Busienss fluency in French and English are required.
