Market Development Manager - Oncology - New product launch
Are you passionate about fighting cancer? Do you come from a molecular diagnostics, oncology or pathology background? Gained a few years of sales experience with molecular diagnostic products? Want to build a career in a rapidly expanding company with unique technology? Look no further!
International molecular diagnostics company is building their Oncology division, as they have a rich product pipeline with some launches coming up in the near future. Therefore they are looking for a Market Development Manager who will present and sell their innovative Oncology product portfolio across Sweden.
In this role you will be giving trainings and information on my clients' innovative products, so you will be able to use your background in life sciences in order to be able to present the my clients innovative products to physicians, laboratory, infection control, Quality Assurance and executive staff members. This means you will be in contact with different stakeholders, so you will be able to learn even more from them, thus strengthening your own expertise.
You will be the first person doing this exciting job in the Sweden, and as it is a new role it comes with a lot of flexibility and independence. My client will offer you the chance to grow your own experience in a company with a short line to the top; where you can work on your own initiative without micromanagement, as you will be building the market in Sweden.
Requirements :
1) Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences
2) 3 - 5 years previous sales experience within the molecular diagnostics, ideally in oncology or pathology
3) Strong track record of sales success, specifically in selling premium products
4) Fluent English and Swedish
