Summary:
Salesforce.com (SFDC) is the leading cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and is used by PerkinElmer to run its business operations. The right candidate will perform deduping activities within SFDC to a large extent. This is a great opportunity to learn how to navigate and work on the SFDC platform. Training will be provided!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deduping of records in Salesforce.com, drive data cleansing activities and provide key learning on causes and steps to prevent going forward.
- Perform market research on accounts
- Create dashboards and reports to show progress
- Interact with cross-functional teams
