The University of Auckland invites applications for the position of Outreach Coordinator for Brain Research New Zealand (BRNZ)-Rangahau Roro Aotearoa, which is a Centre of Research Excellence co-hosted by the University of Auckland and the University of Otago.

BRNZ works across the New Zealand neuroscience community, involving researchers based at four NZ tertiary institutions (University of Auckland, University Otago, University of Canterbury and AUT University), clinicians in the hospitals and groups in the community to undertake multidisciplinary research on ageing-related neurological diseases and disorders, and the translation of research opportunities to clinical treatments.

Why us?

Working with BRNZ, you’ll be part of something truly ground-breaking. Our work is unprecedented in New Zealand, and will not only improve the lives and wellbeing of New Zealanders but drive forward research in this area on a global scale.

Add to this five weeks’ annual leave, 300+ courses and workshops designed to support your personal development, and standout facilities for employees who are also parents, and it’s easy to see why the University is one of Auckland’s most attractive employers.*
