Job Details
PFRC is a leading social research centre with a diverse portfolio of policy-focused research in all areas of personal finance. Our work intersects with a broad range of social policy issues including wellbeing, poverty reduction and consumer vulnerability.
Our aim is to generate and share new knowledge to enhance our understanding of a broad range of social and personal finance-related issues, and to tackle emerging and existing problems to improve situations and quality of life. Through our research, consultancy and advisory work, PFRC acts as a bridge between the academic and research community, the financial services industry, policymakers and other stakeholders.
We are seeking creative, methodical applicants who can work closely with others but who also follow their own initiative. You will need to show experience of survey design and the use of both descriptive and inferential statistical analysis techniques, such as regression analysis (multi-linear, binary logistic), cluster analysis and factor analysis (Principal Components Analysis).

This post is available from August 2017 and currently has funding confirmed for 18 months, with the possibility of extension (depending on securing further funding).
