Applications are invited for two Lecturer posts in the School of Experimental Psychology, University of Bristol.  Successful applicants will join a collegiate, supportive department with a vibrant research environment and a passion for excellence in research and teaching.

In August 2018 we will be moving to a new Faculty of Life Sciences, and would like to appoint people who can cultivate collaborative research and teaching links with staff in the other schools in this new Faculty, particularly those in the School of Biological Sciences and the School of Physiology, Pharmacology, and Neuroscience. We would also appreciate applications from people who can tap into the existing cooperation between our School and other research teams within our University, such as the MRC Integrative Epidemiology Unit, the NIHR Bristol Biomedical Research Centre, and the EPSRC SPHERE project.

You should be effective in seeking the wider social impacts of your research. We also expect that you show a committed and supportive approach to the delivery of teaching on our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. You should be able to take on project supervision, and will be expected to work cooperatively with other academic colleagues within and across subject areas, and with external partners.
