PerkinElmer is looking for a dynamic HR Change Management Communications Leader with a talent for creating communication change strategies around HR transformations. This individual will have responsibility to promote awareness around HR initiatives such as employee value proposition, new performance management approach, evolving company culture, human capital management system (HCM) implementation and learning and development.

- Creates and manages all communications strategies and content to support the HR strategy and transformation initiatives across the entire organization
- Builds employee centric solutions to drive change and engagement throughout the organization
- Develops dynamic content around HCM rollout, employee experiences, and employee value proposition
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the global HR leaders while playing an integral role on the corporate communications team
- Develop and manage metrics to measure effectiveness of communication content to employees
- Ability to work across multiple functions within the organization
