My client are a family owned company based in Bielefeld who offer a stable working environment and long-term employment so they have employees that have been with the company for between 20 and 30 years, meaning you'll have the same opportunity to develop a long-term career where you will get to be a key part of the company. As a business, they are well-known in the Paints & Coatings industry because they have been in the Germany market since the 1920s, so you will be working with a company that have a good reputation in the market.

The company you will be joining develop and manufacture paints & coatings systems for Architectural, Corrosion-Protection, Decorative and Automotive applications. They are currently looking for a qualified Chemielaborant, CTA or PTA to join their team as Quality Control Technician. The company will provide 6 months training to help you develop into the role which will include responsibility for testing, production control and analysing test samples, allowing you to gain new skills and develop yourself in quality methods.

You will be joining a Research & Development team of 14 people who work closely together in the laboratory, so they have excellent collaboration in the team where everyone is part of the process, so you will quickly become integrated in the team and feel like a valued member of the company. There are 2 employees currently performing Quality Control at the moment, so you will not the be working alone in this field, meaning you will have regular support in your role.

Requirements:

• Qualification as Chemielaborant or CTA or PTA
• 2 years experience in a laboratory environment
• B2 level German required for daily use
