Person Specification

The successful candidate will have a higher degree relevant to Procurement and Supply Chain Management or Operations Management (usually PhD) or equivalent qualifications; extensive teaching experience, including development and use of innovative pedagogies at undergraduate and postgraduate level; proven ability to devise, advise on and manage learning; and skills in managing, motivating and mentoring others successfully.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a publication record in journals with an international standing. Evidence of grant capture, a leadership role in research-related activities, and mentoring of junior colleagues in their research are also highly desirable.
