Social Worker - Work Life Balance - Looked after Children - North West England
NonStop Care is working with a local authority is based in the North West of England, is looking for Social Workers in their Looked after Children Team. They are able to offer compressed working hours for all staff, understanding the importance of a healthy work/life balance and consistent supervision to help with all cases in the team.
This position will offer you:

This local authority is committed to innovation and their current vision focuses solely on ensuring the best service is provided to all service users. This authority is aiming to reduce there cases loads to 20 per social worker. Allowing you to have the time to focus on the cases that you hold in depth, allowing you to make a difference within your role.
