Our client, whose headquartered in the Milan region are looking for experienced HR professionals looking to relocate to their HQ. A leading pharmaceutical company are looking for an international human resource professional who can develop on a generalist level key processes across their European operations. A great opportunity for a HR professional looking to develop their career on an international scale; with excellent travel options.

As the HR Business Partner in this role your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• Working on the local and international strategy of talent management, recruitment.
• Full life cycle role, working closely with senior management.
• Play a key role in the day to day HR tasks, from on boarding to training.

A great varied role for a human resources professional looking to develop their career across the full life cycle. You will primarily be based from our clients headquarters in Italy. However, as you progress you in your career there are fantastic options to move to the German office, in the exciting city of Berlin.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Several years of experience within human resources, across the full life cycle.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry or life science industry would be required.
• Fluency in English is required. Where fluency in German and/or Italian would be a bonus.
