We’re seeking a talented coordinator to support our delivery teams at the University of Auckland. This is an exciting role with great people, a positive environment, and as part of New Zealand’s leading university.

ITS at the University of Auckland supports one of NZ’s largest and most complex IT environments, with close to 50,000 end users.

The opportunity

  • This position will involve administrative work, financial tracking, project coordination, and organising events.
  • If you’re the kind of person that loves to know where everything is at, knows just what’s needed in any scenario, and is happy organising and keeping people on track, then we’re keen to hear from you!
  • This is a 24 month fixed term role and is available immediately. We’re open to considering part time candidates or flexible working arrangements.
