Senior International Student Visa Adviser

The Academic Registry: International Student Visa Advice & Compliance Team are looking for a highly motivated Senior International Student Visa Adviser to work with this key central team in the Academic Registry.  This is a key support role contributing and assisting a team who oversee and provide visa advice and support to our international students.  Knowledge of UK immigration legislation and training to Level 2 OISC (Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner Code of Standards) are key requirements of the role.

You will be responsible for engaging with international students at all levels and providing guidance and advice for those students who require immigration permission to study in the UK, remain in the UK or other related queries.  You will work as part of a team providing face to face, telephone and email advice and providing relevant materials and targeted communications via the web.
