This is a new position as Quality Assurance Technician to join a growing company who have their headquarters in the Stuttgart area of Germany. The company are currently in the process of organic growth which means they are re-investing their profits back into the company, allowing them to maintain state-of-the art production and laboratory facilities and to hire new people for R&D to help maintain their strong innovation pipeline, so you will be joining a company that you can grow with in the future.

The company you will be working for are a chemicals company specialising in the manufacture, development and sales of Industrial and Automotive Coatings. The company are a family-owned company with a focus on the development of Automotive OEM Coatings for the European market, and are becoming a well-known force in the market with a great reputation for producing the highest quality products available, so it's a great place to develop your employment profile whilst working with exciting products and technologies.

As Quality Assurance Technician, it will be your responsibility to assist as part of the Quality Assurance team with Colorimetry, assisting in developing analytical methods, and working to ensure consistent product quality. The company are looking to develop someone into a more senior project in the future and are targeting this for the new person they hire, so you will get the opportunity to develop new skills and progress in seniority in the future.

Requirements:

• Qualification as Lacklaborant or Lacktechniker
• Initial experience in Quality Assurance
• Fluent German essential for day-to-day work
