Marketing Communication Manager -Fast growing business

For one of our fastest growing clients in test and measurement field, I am currently looking for an engaged Senior Communication Manager in Pharma to join one of its departments in Germany.

Pharma is the biggest and strategically the most important growth sector of my client. They are looking for a strong candidate who alongside the Product Marketing team and sales organisation will create and implement innovative communication strategies which meet the business's ambition for global growth!

Because the company wants to expand, you will get chances to be a part of fast development team in Germany and create the name for yourself in the industry with a new and revolutionary product.

The role will be based in Germany so German knowledge is required!

Your Profile:

• Degree in Marketing (or equivalent )
• Minimum of 5 years marketing experience in an international environment
• Scientific background or experience in the pharmacuetical sector desirable
• Excellent understanding of the strategic role of marketing communication
• Great communication skills in German and English
• Understanding and track record of marketing campaign management
• Experience of briefing agencies and internal resources
• Computer literate

Your daily tasks:

• Creating effective communication strategies to deliver value for the pharmaceutical business within the company
• You will be the main and most important point of contact between the company and international clients
• Development of communication strategies that resonate with global pharmaceutical customers
• Work with internal experts to leverage expertise, to deliver engaging and relevant content to the market, including the development of a KOL network
• Planning, development, execution & review of annual marketing communication plans for the pharmaceutical sector:
• Strong cooperation with the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager, Equity & Digital communication to ensure the communications strategy for Pharma aligns with the overall proposition of our client
