• the development of the products, as well the technical support of your company
• the management of roughly 20 people in very good working conditions

In order to succeed in this job, the person I am looking for must have:

• A minimum 10 years experience in formulation of industrial paints, and more especially in polyurethane and epoxy
• A technical background
• Ideally a team management experience
• You are fluent in English (French is not mandatory)

Furthermore, the products you will work on are strongly technical; therefore they have a high added-value.

To be clear, you are guaranteed a maximum of tools for your professional fulfilment: short line of communication with your co-workers, team leading and managing responsibilities, attendance to strategic meetings, overview on the R&D and the direct applications of the products, good reputation on the market and quick return on investment.
