Job Details

Our client is searching for an experienced Account Manager / Business Leader who is a strong customer expert who can lead the business further into the right direction. It is an incredible opportunity to really make a huge mark on the market & industry by utilising all your skills & experience to propel the company into a dominating position.

You will have global accountabilities for all sales related activities with the key customer. The goal is to maintain and develop the existing relationship and identify potential new business opportunities. In this role you will report to the Business Development Unit Director. Travel for plant and customer visits, mainly within Europe, needs to be taken into account.

It's a challenging & rewarding position working for a client who doing extremely well in the market currently & need a expert to help ensure they progress in the correct direction.

Job duties;

  • Drive Commercial Excellence and feels ownership for all aspects of customer satisfaction
  • Provide commercial and technical expertise through high-quality sales presentations
  • Develop customer strategies by translating customer needs into business plan and by developing program profitability roadmaps (Quote, launch, production)

Job requirements;

  • At least 5 years of experience in a Sales Manager, KAM or Program management role in the Tier 1 Automotive industry
  • University or Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineer ideally coupled with a Master or Bachelor in Business Administration
  • Thorough knowledge of the Truck Industry
  • English & German (Ideally)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a product development role in the Tier 1 Automotive industry

This is a permanent, full-time positions based In Belgium. On offer is an extremely rewarding salary package of up to 100,000 Euros + benefits p/a.
