Sales Representative -Surgical Ophthalmology - Baden Wuerttemberg

World leader in medical devices focused on ophthalmology and high tech surgical microscopy has acquired a new corporation and will be in need of an experienced Sales Professional in South Germany.

It is an account management position where you will be overlooking key university clinics, private and out-patient hospitals. You will be selling to ophthalmic surgeons, hospital CEOs and purchasing organisations. You will also be the face of the products in conferences, symposiums.

The unique point about the organisation is that even though the company is large, in Germany they still have a feeling of a tight-knit family owned company culture where the team supports each other. Product is a complex imaging microscope, used for ophthalmic surgery, therefore you will be selling niche but expensive and good quality surgical product throughout your region - Berlin. Because the product is high end expensive capital equipment, you will get a chance to reach high bonuses of 20.000-35.000 EUR on top of base salary.

What is more, you will receive 2nd level support from clinical specialist, making your life easier when presenting the technology to clients.

Experience needed:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in surgical field or medical devices
• Ideally - ophthalmology or surgical microscopy experience
• Motivation to sell and succeed
• Sales and technical innovation driven personality
• Fluent German
