NonStop are working with a major European player committed to exciting expansion projects in several indications. Supporting this in the German market is a dedicated Market Access and Medical Liaison team, working long-term in Payer and Medical Relations. As part of this team and reporting into the Director for Commercial Excellence and Strategy, you will take a broad view of the German reimbursement market, but also zoom in on specific payers to convince and persuade.

As Manager Payer Relations you will work from 60-70% of the time in the field, directly with key decision-makers and developing a real-world understanding of Health Policy. The rest of the time you will develop overall strategy for market approaches, as well as specific contract approaches. In this hybrid and complex role, you have the opportunity to keep commercial understanding at a high level, without losing your exposure to technical healthcare pricing and reimbursement.

This puts you in an excellent position for future development, especially within a major innovative pharma with a diverse pipeline across Europe and worldwide.
