Sales Specialist - Pharmaceutical Packaging Devices - East Germany

Nonstop is working with an exceptional pharmaceuticals start-up, specialising in capital blister packaging equipment. During the last few years the company has received rapid success and expanded product development for treatment of neurological and cardiac patients.


Now they are expanding further, and they need a professional, technical, knowledgeable and driven sales specialist, who has understanding and connections in the pharmacies field to develop client base in East Germany. Since this is a start up environment you will be pioneering this product on German market, developing connections to key pharmacies and hospital centres across the country.

You will have the chance to help launch new products for the market as well as sell them, and to improve and create new processes for how the company does business. If you have gained skills in your previous employment that you feel aren't being used to their full potential, this is a position where you can use them, and be recognised for it. Reporting directly to the Global Sales Manager, you will be immediately recognised for your efforts and innovation, and with a flat management structure, there is nothing preventing you from reaching higher levels of the firm within one to two years.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience in pharma
  • Background selling to hospitals and pharmacies across south west of France
  • English and German languages
  • Ability to travel extensively
  • Business development acumen since you will be launching the new product on German market
