Account Manager - State of Art Surgical Imaging Technology- Madrid

Global medical device manufacturer due to the extensive growth across Europe is searching for a talented and innovative jr sales professional to join their high-tech surgical imaging division covering Spain. The company will provide you with fast-paced atmosphere but also with extensive training and support.

In this position you will be responsible for the business expansion. You will be working with technical and commercial colleagues, developing business and sales strategies, leading important projects and building connections with surgeons, hospital CEOs, clinicians and procurement professionals.

You will be joining a motivated team, selling niche image guided surgical technology digitalising the whole workflow of the operating rooms. You will not just be a number, your views will be heard and strategies supported. What is more, you will be able to reach high uncapped bonuses.

Main duties will be:

  • Visiting existing customer hospitals, expanding product portfolio within the sites
  • Opening new customer accounts, managing the complete sales process (after receiving support and training)
  • Communicating with strategic partners, participating in the company's strategy
  • Working on forecasting and budgets
  • Attending trade shows

Requirements:

  • Approximately 3-6 years of Sales experience in surgical devices sales
  • Experience selling to hospitals, surgeons in Spain
  • Spanish and English languages
  • University Degree
  • Willingness to travel up to 80%
