KA/159762/1 - Surgical Account Manager - Medical Devices - Central/East Switzerland

An exciting opportunity has become available with a medical device company who are new to the Swiss market. They require a Surgical Account Manager to establish a direct network within the operating room for their medical device disposables portfolio. This company have previously been distributing within the Swiss market and would now like to form direct relationships with surgeons across the Swiss German cantons (Central & Eastern Switzerland).

As a Surgical Account Manager, you will be working with a comprehensive set of surgical equipment within a territory that has a strong potential to be developed. Key areas of focus will be around the Bern area, Zurich and also venturing close to St. Gallen. This is an independent role where you will be the only representative in Switzerland, giving you the responsibility to develop and build a network you can truly be proud of. This company are well respected within the medical device market and will look to build on your success by expanding the team in Switzerland in the near future.

Key Requirements for this Surgical Account Manager position include:

  • A strong background working within the operating room (OR)
  • At least 2 years of medical device sales experience
  • An understanding of the hospital network in Switzerland is essential
  • Fluent German and English with a very good understanding of French
  • The ideal candidate will be based in Bern with the ability to cover the Central & Eastern regions of Switzerland (Swiss German cantons).
