Faculty Education Manager

The postholder is responsible for the leadership of education and student administrative processes in the Faculty. The postholder ensures the provision of consistently high quality assistance to all Faculty staff and students, so to facilitate an excellent student experience

Applicants will have a strong understanding of, and experience, in academic administration in higher education, and be able to lead and implement change in a busy and engaging environment. Their customer service and communication skills must be first rate and they must be able to work with staff and students at all levels. They must display significant initiative and organisation skills and be an effective and supportive manager.   The postholder will have demonstrable experience of effective policy and process implementation and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

It is anticipated that interviews will take place on 16 June 2017.
