Growing International Company/Big product Portfolio/Team leader

In order to support my client's sustainable growth, they are currently hiring a Senior Product Safety Specialist. This is a perfect chance to join their international environment and be part of a great specialist team, enhancing your expertise in the regulatory affairs field.

In your role of Senior Product Safety Specialist, you will support the Product Safety team by managing, controlling, coordination and follow up of Product Safety tasks of your team. This will give you the opportunity to pass on the knowledge acquired over the years, to your team, not only developing your own coaching and training skills but also enabling their teams' professional development.

You will need to ensure regulatory compliance of their finished products, which amount to aprox. 30 000 as well as their 3000 raw materials, giving you that diversity in your daily activities, keeping things interesting and challenging professional and that additional energy to come to work on a daily basis.

As a Senior Product Safety Specialist you will be responsible for both, providing regulatory expertise, as well as people management and motivating of colleagues in other departments, thus allowing your to become a better rounded professional.

We are looking for a candidate who has :

• Knowledge of regulatory regulations like REACH, CLP, Food Contact, Medical, Biocides, Nano, GMP
• Experience in an international environment, preferably in the polymer or petrochemical industry
• Proficiency in English. Additional language, especially Dutch, German, French will be an asset
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
