Are you an academic with proven abilities to carry out teaching and research in business strategy and related topics? Do you have an excellent research record and proven success obtaining funding? Are you passionate about delivering an exceptional student experience in a collaborative and vibrant research-intensive Russell Group University and leading Business School in the UK?

As Associate Professor, you will carry out research, teaching and management within the school, faculty and university and contribute to academic leadership in the field of business with specific emphasis on strategy.

The Strategy and Organization group at Leeds University Business School is engaged in research and teaching about organizations, including their processes, capabilities, organizational forms, technologies, cultural resources and performance. We are especially interested in the role of managers, leaders and entrepreneurs in shaping strategic direction of both established companies and new ventures. Members of the group have a track record of attracting major national and international grants and publish in leading 3 and 4 rated journals and the Times Top 50 journals including Organization Science, Organization Studies, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Management Inquiry, California Management Review.
