Deputy Manager - Work Satisfaction - Hebden Bridge
Due to the continuous growth and new services opening, we are seeking a Deputy Manager help to strengthen the current business in West Yorkshire.
You will be responsible for management of staff in a 2 bed care home, working alongside a supportive and passionate Registered Manager. This organisation is committed to developing their staff and has a management team that is very supportive, providing you with the resource and team to provide the highest quality of care.
This is a position in an expanding organisation who are seeking staff members to aide with the expansion and progression atmosphere. This is the chance for you to join an organisation that will offer you work satisfaction.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in a residential children's setting, also you must have worked with Children with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). To be considered for this role you must have a management level qualification, RMA, NVQ Level 3 CYP.
