Job Details
Working within the Institutional Admissions Service, you will strategically and operationally manage the Faculty admissions team and its processes and practices. You will have direct line and workload management responsibility of the team, play a lead role in driving change and will implement both strategic and operational developments in the management of Admissions, representing the Faculty at institutional level.
You will collate and analyse recruitment data for the Faculty and develop and support an admissions strategy that delivers to the vision of the Faculty and University and supports strategic plans to increase diversity, cohort mix and improve the quality of student recruitment.
Working collaboratively as a member of the Faculty Education Service Management and cross-university teams, you will represent the Faculty at institutional level and work with key staff to ensure that Faculty student number targets are met.
