QC Bioassay Manager - lot of Science - DK

I am looking for a QC manager with a lot of experience within Bioassays and good coordination skills. The right candidate for this position would get a very interesting position because, many QC managers find them self to detached from the actual science and R&D that they entered QC to be part of. In this position there will be a lot of validation of new methods and a lot of different projects to work on. Meaning that the right candidate for this position will spent about 1/3 of the time on R&D, validation and scientific discussions with pears and costumers. Through this the right candidate will have a diverse and unpredictable day, everyday. Creating a rare QC position that most QC´ers dream off.

The right candidate for this position:

• Has worked in QC for minimum 5 years
• Has around 2 years management or project lead experience
• Has worked in GMP regulated environment
• A very good understanding of, and practical experience with, bioassays
• has good leadership capabilities
