Office Manager - Healthcare Market Research Agency

We have been engaged by a healthcare market research agency with an office in Oxfordshire to help them fill an opening for an Office Manager. The official job title with be a Business Administration Executive / Manager, but the company HR suggested Office Manager may be the job title people associate with this type of position.

The position will have a lot of variety in the day to day work. Typical tasks will be things such as general admin support across teams, managing suppliers, coordinating meetings, supporting board member, organising company events etc.

They would like someone to start as soon as possible with the latest start being the end of May, so if you're actively looking you may be able to find your next position very quickly.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience of office management carrying out varied tasks to support the business
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ideally experience of working with a market research agency but this is desirable not required
  • Fluent English
  • Can start by the end of May or sooner
