Person Specification
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced assistant bars manager to work in our multi venue bars team. This is a hands-on role that will involve both evening and weekend work in a fast paced and busy environment. You will be expected to lead our large student team by example whilst also forming part of the management team. A driving licence would be desirable for this role.
You will bring experience of high turnover bars or restaurants and be looking to develop a career in the licensed trade. You will have the ability to thrive and to motivate others to deliver high quality work in a busy, fast-moving environment. You will enjoy working as part of a team dedicated to providing a fantastic experience to the students of the University of Southampton and will have a passion for good customer service
