Job Details
The role of Library Assistant will provide excellent customer service to Library and study space users through delivery of front-line enquiry services in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Actively supporting student learning through assisting students and other library users in both physical and digital library. Through knowledge of services, personal development and team working contribute to the continuous improvement of the service. This post is based within the STEM Zone Thursday-Friday and covers the Arts and Social Sciences Library on Saturday where the main focus of the role will be to work on the Information Desk. The role will cover one evening duty to support out of core hours services within the STEM zone.
Work Pattern:
Thursday 12.00-19.00
Friday 8.45-4.45
Saturday 12.30-17.00
Hours: 17.5
