We’re looking for a Service Management Analyst to support the service management function, focusing on CMDB Change, Incident and Problem Management processes.

The opportunity

In this role, you’ll provide support and backup to the Manager ITS Change and Incident Management. Depending on the work profile at any given time, the role may focus on one process over another.

We envisage you’ll have 3-4 years’ experience within the IT industry, with recent experience in Service Management. You will ideally be ITIL foundation certified, and have the ability to work in a dynamic and sometimes challenging environment with a can-do attitude.

You’ll also need:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to identify and satisfy customer requirements

  • Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with a wide range of people and skill sets

  • A strong work ethic with resilience to work well under pressure, utilising your excellent multi-tasking abilities to ensure the provision of quality documentation

  • To be a natural at working both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team
