We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional services to customers by ensuring records are accurately maintained and up-to-date and service level agreements are adhered to.  If you have academic administration experience in the field of student records, some experience as a programme administrator in a higher education environment or records management experience in the public sector we look forward to hearing from you.

The role of Student Records Officer is within the wider team of Records, Enrolment and Fees in the Academic Services division of the University of Auckland and is responsible for the creation of Official Transcripts, checking academic records for completeness to assist students to progress to graduation and liaising with faculty partners to ensure that each student’s record is accurate.

The successful applicant will enjoy working collaboratively in a busy and changing environment. A proactive approach to work, attention to detail, exceptional time management and problem solving skills are essential.

Academic Services provides leadership in academic administration services to internal and external stakeholders in partnership with faculties and other service divisions.
