Social Worker up to £40,000 depending on experience
I am currently working with quite a few Local Authorities across the South East, as they are currently looking for Qualified Social Workers with at least 18months experience to be considered for their services. They are able to offer the right candidates up to £40,000 a year on top of an excellent work/life balance, further training in the field and consistent supervision while in post.
You will need to have worked in a statutory environment for at least 18months since qualifying as a Social Worker, while they are able to offer posts within Assessment or Safeguarding. Experience within more than one of these fields will give you the opportunity to be considered for more than one service.
The Local Authorities I work with offer extensive and speedy feedback during the application process, while also being able to offer great training while in post and a supervised caseload while you settle in to your new position.
