King's 2029 Vision, launched early this year, articulated the university's ambition to be a civic university at the heart of London and identified King's Local Partners as a new and transformative initiative that will build and maintain structured relationships with local authorities, charities, voluntary organisations, schools and community groups, creating academic and student opportunities while delivering benefits to our local boroughs.
Working as part of a small London office, in collaboration with a network of civic fellows and colleagues across King's and under the leadership of the Assistant Principal (London), the post holder will manage the successful development, implementation and delivery of King's Local Partners, enabling a year round programme of mutually beneficial engagement across research, education and service.
The selection process will include competency based questions, a presentation, an assessment and a panel interview.
Interviews are scheduled to be held the week commencing 26 June 2017.
The deadline for applications is midnight on Sunday 11 June 2017.
