Sales and BD Manager- Specialty Chemicals - Denmark (covering Nordics)

Global Corporation with extensive product portfolio in chemicals, cosmetics and raw pharmaceutical materials has recently acquired a growing corporation in specialty chemicals and is looking for a Sales and Business Development manager to develop this division within Nordics and Baltic States.

The sales manager will have to incorporate the new division within the multi-billion dollar corporation and will expand the product portfolio from chemicals and raw materials industries (inks, paints, coatings, etc).

The position involves the development of sales and marketing plans for products, expansion of business contacts and deals with suppliers and purchasing organisations all over the world. What is more - it is a strategic role - so you will be launching new products, and getting your name out in the market.

You will not only have the stability of a well established organisation - but will maintain the excitement of a start up and family owned organisation. Best of both worlds!

Requirements:

  • The candidate has to have a well established specialty chemicals experience,
  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience selling chemicals, managing exports and key accounts for distributor
  • Life science degree in chemistry
  • English is required, Danish could be advantageous
  • Additional knowledge of Baltic or Nordic languages would give you advantage.
