Desired Experience:

• Experience of working in a design and build environment (preferably wind power schemes and highways schemes).
• Experienced in soft ground design solutions.
• Design of special foundations (piled foundations, ground improvement).
• Design of earthworks.
• Retaining wall design.
• Proven experience of project management of medium and large sized/risk jobs and involvement in major schemes.
• Design of site investigation use of the Yellow book Specification and knowledge of the ICE conditions of contract.
• Experience of managing a team of engineers/geologists.
