As on behalf of one of the top clients in the market, i am currently recruiting a new Innovation & Advanced research director for the company, with a pure focus on Skin Care products. This is a strategic leadership position which will give you oversight of the local R&D operations and also global production and scale up activities.
We are requiring a highly experience professional with exceptional R&D and leadership skills who will be able to drive fresh innovation and closely manage a wide variety of international projects. With a truly global scope, you will be in lead of projects across Switzerland, Benelux, China and South Korea, this will entirely test your expertise in the international market.
Alongside a deeply technical aspect of the position, you will be required to maintain key points of contacts internally and externally. Within the company you will be a technical lead for contacts in Sales, Product development and marketing and outside the company you will be a contact for a wide variety of international clients and brands.
The required experience:
- 8+ Years of R&D experience within skin care product formulation
- Excellent project management ability
- Excellent level of English and ideally high level of French
- Previous experience within people management
