KA/158671/1 - Sales Manager Austria - New Medical Device Unit - Team Leading Role

An internationally successful medical device company are developing one of their MedTech business units and are searching for a strong leader to join them as a Sales Manager. This position will be managing a team of 4 sales professionals and can be based anywhere in Austria.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maximising the income from sales across the Austrian market and building on the network of surgeons and hospital professionals already in place. You will work closely with the Sales Director for the DACH region and will take an active role in the field, as well as utilise the time with your sales team to develop high performing individuals. Working for this medical device company will see you entering into a role that is newly created, allowing you to experience some flexibility with your work. The career progression within this medical device company is unlimited and the majority of their employees stay for at least 10 years, indicating the attractive working environment they can offer.

As a Sales Manager for Austria, you must possess the following skills:

  • At least 5 years of medical device sales experience
  • Previous experience in managing sales teams of at least 4-5 people
  • A proven track record in medical device sales
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Candidates can be based anywhere in Austria with flexibility to travel up to 70% across the country.
