QA Manager - GCP and early trial XP - Denmark

I am looking for a Manager that can help my client, a world leading company within there field, start a department capable of material production for clinical Trials.

The main task in this position is to set up processes that can get my client ready for Production of material for clinical trials internally and efficiently. This is a relatively new area for my client, so a minimum of 8 years experience in the field is necessary for a successful application for the position. The production will be focusing on Early stage material so candidates with Microbiome, Cell bank, starting material, QC experience, or similar, would be preferred. What the right candidate would get in this position is a lot of autonomy and responsibility.

It is the chance to get into a large multinational pharmaceutical company with a lot of growth planed. As mentioned, the team is completely new and the successful candidate will be the one starting this division, the right candidate will built it from, almost, scratch and will take part in everything about the department from creating the blueprint for the department to the hiring of staff. The right candidate for this position:

• Has worked around 10 years with QA production
• Preferably API from the early stages of production
• Has GCP experience and preferably 4-5 years of recent experience
• Has a strong track-record of management
• Has experience with production for clinical trials
• Is fluent in written and spoken English

Nice to haves:

• Has experience from the microbiome field
• Cellbank experience
• QC - GCP experience
