Technical Sales Manager, International Inks Manufacturer, Flexographic & Gravure Printing Inks, Home-Office in Germany, €50,000 to €60,000 salary plus benefits.

Fantastic opportunity to join a growing printing inks manufacturer specialising in waterborne and UV printing inks for digital, flexographic and gravure printing processes. In this role you will be taking the lead for the German market and will be responsible for generating sales revenues as well as providing on-site technical support to all customers in Germany, allowing you to develop strong business relationships from a technical and commercial viewpoint.

The company initally established themselves in the German market 25 years ago so they have an established client portfolio in the region meaning you will already have a firm platform from which to start building relationships and developing sales revenues as soon as you start with the company. As a business with short lines of communication between R&D and Sales, you will provide direct feedback to the R&D team on customer requests as well as advising them on future product development, so you can actually benefit your customers directly.

As a business that is highly customer focused, they pride themselves on being very flexible on their product portfolio and they always provide rapid-turnaround on new product development for their customer, so you will be able to get new inks developed in a very short space of time which will not only satisfy your customers but will really impress them ensuring they come back to you on a regular basis.

• Developer, manufacturer and distributor of printing inks across North America, Europe and East Asia
• Company specialise in waterborne & UV printing inks for flexo, digital and gravure printing processes
• Operations centres in USA, Netherlands and China which includes 4 manufacturing facilities
• 75 years of history with a presence in the European market for the last 25 years

Requirements:

• 2-3 years Sales experience in the Printing Inks sector
• Knowledge of formulations development preferred
• B2 level German required for daily use with customers. English at a conversational level essential.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
