Registrations Manager - Massive Pipeline - Russia

Are you an experience Country Registrations Manager within the Crop Protection sector that is looking to take on their next professional challenge? I Work with an organisation looking to challenge the big four. Several recent mergers have made this crop protection organisation into a global player, making headlines and a rich product pipeline.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that is experience rapid global expansion where you will paly a key part in gaining product authorisations for the Russian and Balkan markets offering you quite a challenging and dynamic new role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Registration team, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring, hiring and career development.
• Prepare applications for the permits, licenses, certificates, authorisations and other approvals to conduct the company's product registration activities.
• Managing the regulatory/registration application processes, including changes of registration, prolongation or cancellation
• Defend registrations and utilise a strong network within Russia
• Coordinate with internal or external teams for Ecotox and Tox data.

Key Requirements:

• Educated to degree level within science or a related area. Agronomy, Chemistry, Vegetable Biology, Environmental Science.
• Experience with pesticide regulations and crop protection / agrochemical regulations.
• Significant ability to influence and defend registrations. Strong networking ability. Excellent management background.
• Hands on registration experience and dossier compiling.
• A Professional Proficiency in Russian and English
