Within this position you will initially be the direct line manager for 5 writers, as you grow with the agency so will your team, which provides excellent progression potential. The current business leaders would like for the agency to become self sufficient within next 5 years, this means this position is crucial for the agencies future. You will be a key part of their growth.

The team you will be working with will be at different levels of experience, making your knowledge and expertise essential within the team. You will have the rewarding task of developing junior members of the team, as well as training more experienced members to enable them to progress into more senior roles.

Role Responsibilities:

• Direct line management of 4 Medical Writers
• Effective client management
• Working with a range of documents (slide sets, publications, detail aids, congresses, advisory boards)
• Working across a number of different therapeutic areas effectively

Role Requirements:

• Ideally 6+ years within a Medical Writing role
• Line management or mentoring experience
• Confident and personable
• Open personality
• Experience working closely with clients
