Qualified Social Worker - £36,000 - Protected Caseloads
I am currently working with a Local Authority in Berkshire. They are currently looking for Qualified Social Workers with post qualifying experience. They will offer for the right candidate up to £36,000 per annum in addition to an excellent work-life balance, professional training and constructive supervision.
The Local Authority I work with offer feedback within 48 hours for all applicants. Work in a friendly supportive environment where your progress is measured on quality not quantity, giving you protected cases leaving you with more time to effectively assess each situation and settle comfortably into your new position.
You will need to have worked in a statutory environment for at least 18months since qualifying as a Social Worker, while they are able to offer posts within Referral & Assessment and Child Protection. In Care Experience within more than one of these fields will give you the opportunity to be considered for more than one role.
